I bought a car here, and about three or four days later, the Check Engine light came on. Ended up being an issue that cost over $500 to repair.

2/5 instead of 1/5 because the salespeople are alright compared to what's typical of other dealerships. The only pushy person there was the woman who tries to upsell on payment plan insurance. I must have had to tell her five times that I didn't want the [in my situation, unnecessary] insurance before she finally got over it.
I purchased my 2014 f150 here. Which was a good experience. Today I came back to get an oil change and come to find out prices vary from each location and so does the quality of oil they use. This location was more mine for conventional oil. That wasn't the worst part. As I was standing in service department I watched the guy drop hoist down a little but truck was in air still 5 feet. He jumps up and gets door open. He then hangs from my door to climb up on hoist and then in truck which can't be good for the door. I'm sitting here now 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotate. Hopefully my drivers door is not tweaked from having the weight of a guy hanging on it cause he didn't take the time to drop down hoist.
No pressure, friendly staff, large choice, clean restrooms, sale personnel really go aboveand beyond to see that you get there the vehicle you want. Unusual see they don't work for commission. This is by far the best car dealers I have ever dealt with.
With this happening less than a week after I purchased the car, it seems very likely that they'd merely turned the Check Engine light off right before throwing it on the lot so that they wouldn't have to fix the issue themselves. I wouldn't risk purchasing a vehicle here again for that reason.
