Purchased a mattress with an adjustable base, was unable to try out the correct base with the mattress we were getting in the store due to it being unavailable. We were getting a different size. The mattress is dupposed to be plush. I don't know if it's just the mattress or if the mattress and base do not go well together or what, but this mattress is hard as a rock. I am super u happy with it and want a different one! This is not to mention that the staff member available at the time was not very helpful and the fact that the mattress protector is completely ruinable!!! It was supposed to be waterproof. We were just going to buy a cheap one at Walmart, but I stead were talked I to getting this piece of garbage. If this issue is not completely 100% resolved to where we have a comfortable bed I will NEVER come here again!
