SERVPRO did an outstanding job! Every person we dealt with was extremely professional, sensitive to the situation that we were dealing with, and thorough. They explained step-by-step how things had to be cleaned up and gave estimates on how long it would take. They called each day to see if we had questions and then called at the end of the day to let us know they were wrapping up. We would HIGHLY recommend SERVPRO for any job.
Very late with my review, but about 18 months ago, our septic pump failed, and backed up into downstairs area. Called ServPro, and their initial responders were fast, and professional. Helped identify the cause, advised on resolution and did an initial cleanup. ServPro also served as our general contractors and dealt directly with our insurance, and sub-contracted all necessary repairs. They were attentive and kept us informed every step of the way. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with ServPro and will call them again if we ever need them.
I would recommend this company to anyone who is in over their head (literal or otherwise) with water damage in their basement or home.
I have had to use SERVPRO twice within the last month for water in my basement. They were very curteous and professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing. Each time they came in to monitor the progress, they called before and after, to make sure I understood what they were doing.
My brother in law took his life in his home and his wife would not go back to the house until it was clean and asked me to so I did. They demanded a signature so I signed it stating on behalf of my sister in law. It was a horrible day. She fell financial hardship after the incident and could not pay the bill. The owner took her and I to court. I ended up paying him $2000.00 in an conference at court if he would remove my name and I would get my money back. This was over 5 years ago and I never got a dime back. Honesty and Integrity is not his best suit. To sue someone that didn't own the home or for that was done for him because I signed on behalf of my distraught sister in law. Sad.
Great service in a timely manner. Heidi in marketing is always positive and helpful updating our office with the most recent changes within not only Servpro but the restoration industry as a whole.
They also took care of the paperwork, and worked directly with the insurance company, eliminating the headache and guesswork!
