Nice staff. Food sucked and they were out of bacon which is part of their current 3 featured sandwiches. Portions have gotten bad at all Arby's. In cheap Jr.'s anymore either.
Horrible service, inattentive, rude and inappropriate staff. Came here about an hour prior to close, had been in a vehicle all day so my wife and I decided to eat in. We were not greeted, in fact we were ignored for a good 4-5 minutes... we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. Food was not up to temp, Luke warm at best. Woman who took our order was picking at her nails with the access card for the register. Once our food was ordered, she went back to mopping the floor, while discussing her sex encounters with her coworker over the drive thru head set. She continued to mop while we attempted to eat our Luke warm food. She stopped mopping, and rested the mop upright. The mop fell, she worked then picked the mop up By the DIRTY Mophead (!!!), and went back to serving food and prep in the kitchen without washing her hands. She dropped a bag of fries on the ground, scooped them up and put them in the fryer. I have not eaten here since and I suggest you do the same
Food is good. Prices can be high, but smoked and sliced meats are more expensive than low-quality ground beef. Service is just a little slow at times.
